Do you offer returns on items?
At Bold Infinity.store, all items are made to order with care and intention. We stand by the quality of our products. We also ask that you look carefully at the size chart before ordering. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged or defective, only then do we accept returns. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll gladly send you a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship in the United States. We're working toward expanding our reach in the future, but for now, we do not offer internationally shipping.
Why don't we ship internationally?
We want to ensure every order meets our high quality standards for quality and timely delivery. Once we can guarantee the same smooth experience for international customers, we'll open worldwide shipping.
How long does shipping take?
