At Boldinfinity.store all items are made to order with care and intention. We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective or you're not satisfied with our product please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll gladly send a refund. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. No questions asked. No risk.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or defective. As for apparel, all of our apparel is made to order, meaning each item is created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color. We strongly encourage all customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order. That includes all apparel and accessories unless damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective we ask that you send the product back along with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Boldinfinity.store@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 30 days and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
