SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

At this time, we only ship in the United States. We're working toward expanding our reach in the future, but for now, we do not offer international shipping.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Bold Infinity is not reliable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

SHIPPING TIME

Every item is made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and 4-10 business days for delivery.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
